It is. At a camp she chased aorund some boys bicause thye had insulted (in the most minor way) and yelled "Come back! I'm gonna show you what FEAR REALLY IS!!!!"

Yeah, it's not serious at all. Except for that time he stole my bloody voice with a spell then lobbed it into the Sewers of Goth and THEN I had to go and take blimmin' sign-language lessons so I could tell him where to go! And THEN I had to go nick the Lightning Rod from Old Beardy just to teach him a bloody lesson!
Apart from that it's not serious at all.
