Greetings to all

Welcome to the boards, there are a lot of new people arriving (myself included...)
Skully, where are you?
-
Hello there, Side-Step. Knice to see you on the forum.
-
I think and hope you'll find most people friendly here, even if some of us are ever so slightly lunatic.
(I'd just mention, however, that threads here are supposed to be Knightmare related. It's suggested if you want to specifically discuss other things you should do so on the NKTP forum which is linked from this one. However, I'll certainly take a look at your site soon. Three plays and a couple of poetry volumes under my belt, and a novel in progress.)
-
Hey cool, great to have another fan of Knightmare when it was on the first time around and another budding novelist too; greetings to you side-step. Is book / poetry / play writing a popular past-time for most of us on this forum then?
Oops, getting off the knightmareish type of topic here aren't we? Someone reply and add a knightmare comment too ;D.

Yeah that kind of does the job and yeah Smirky is kinda cool.
I'll check your forum out anyway. I'm more into the novel writing myself but I have tried a few plays (all been completely rubbish tho ). Time is the enemy though I find!!
-
Yeah it is a bit bare at the moment to the casual observer (otherwise known as myself), just checked it out. Looks like there are a load of cool topics discussed there anyhew.
-
Yeah no probs.
Anyhow let's get back onto a topic for this forum.
What's your fave series / team? Who's your fave - pickle or majida / mogdred or lord fear? That kind of thing.

I agree. I first started watching it in series 2 and I still regard that and series 3 as the best ever because they didn't mess with anything, the dungeon was actually a dungeon . The lifeforce was soooo well crafted, a lot of thought obviously went into it. I liked the way Treguard used to speak as well, sort of formal, watching series 3 on Challenge brings that all back.
I was 6 when I was watching it first, I wasn't so much scared as fascinated by it actually. Some memories that people can think of here certainly bring things back as well .

That was a bit mean of them . Mind you I did try to scare my younger sister when I was watching it with her (she was also born in 1984) but she didn't believe anything I told her (wise gal )!

waves Greetings fellow newbie!
On the topic of writing, I'm a final-year English/Classics student at Glasgow Uni (yup, I'm a Scot) working on a screenplay to submit for my "creative composition" paper for English... Of course, when I say "working", I mean "procrastinating"...
And Smirky IS funky, I remeber seeing the ad for the Series 5 and going mental because there was going to be a dragon in it. (I had a dragon obsession at that time, I blame it on Raymond Feist)
