Well it's a thought, because otherwise the game can just descend into people listing off names, which to me seems like it would be missing the point a bit.

Perhaps a good rule in future rounds would be "no back-to-back guesses" - i.e. if you guess wrong, you can't guess again until somebody else has done so. That seems a fair penalty, I think?
