Ben has until 9am tomorrow to post his third answer, or Nick will go straight through to the second round. Just to remind everyone, here are the correct answers we have had so far:

Ben says Velda - let's see what that scores him...

This may be a slightly controversial one, but Velda never actually went through a door or portal with a dungeoneer. The closest she came was telling James to follow her through one, but our independent judge (a well respected authority on Knightmare named Jake Collins) decided before the questions went out that this would not count as an escort, as it was really more of a follow.
The boys have battled it out to join the girls in Round 2, and Nick has emerged victorious. Bad luck, Ben - thanks very much for playing. Perhaps we'll see you again in a future game of Knightmare Pointless, but it's ciao for now.

A tricky board indeed, and I can't claim to know all the answers. With the presence of a pointless answer, I cannot decide whether to be conservative or take a pop at a pointless. Having said that, I have somehow made it to this round, so perhaps I should stick with what I know and say that CHANGE was awarded by Julius Scaramonger.

Fidjit was the pointless answer there - that's the second time he's been pointless in this particular game, and none of our players have chosen him. Poor old Fidjit - what a nonentity!
Anyway, for Amy and Annie, it's now time for the head-to-head. Whoever wins this thrilling face-off will become our Knightmare Pointless champion, and earn the chance to find a pointless answer in our jackpot final. Unfortunately, I don't have any more Knightmare badges, so the prize will be an original copy of the first ever issue of The Eye Shield fanzine (from Decemeber 1995) signed by longtime TES contributor and editor Jake Collins. But you're not really playing for that, are you? You're playing for the glory! (And the fun, of course...)
