Temporal Discussion, A KM podcast

I suppose that's possible, although it sounds a bit like you'd need to be Batman to figure out something that obscure.
It's how I immediately understood it the first time I heard it, so.... shrug Guess everyone knows my secret identity now!
Nobody everybody knows I'm really Robin the boy blunder in disguise...

We just finished recording episode 5 (technically episode 6, because we've put a mid-season special in) with special guest Dave Bulmer from Sonic the Comic the Podcast.
It'll be a few weeks before it's available to listen to, in which time I've got to figure out how to edit nearly 3 hours of us going well off-topic into manageable podcast length
-
Episode 3 is now available, with guest commentator, the appropriately named Simon Monk.

We're running a poll on Twitter at the moment, discussing whether the spears puzzle from the first three seasons should be called The Hall Of Spears, or The Corridor Of Spears.

No new episode this week, but as a break-filler, we've uploaded one of the Dunshelm Players' sketches from a few years back; In Defence Of Dan, created by Shadow6162 (Amy Davies) in response to Knightmare: Geek Week.

The next episode is proving to be a headache to edit. We had the host of Sonic the Comic the Podcast, Dave Bulmer, as our guest. He was an absolute delight to talk to... for OVER THREE HOURS!
Don't worry though, I'll get it down to a manageable length before Friday's release
Just don't ask HStorm about the tree...

I got mixed up. Dave Bulmer is NEXT week

That's a blast from the past. I remember him as "Buml0r"...
I mentioned this to him over Twitter DM. His reply:
Wow, find out how they know me, buml0r was LONG ago, like anywhere between 10 and 20 years ago
-
I know buml0r from Superfrog fan art! He has a DeviantArt page too.

Episode 5, our longest, but by no means shortest, is now available at https://open.spotify.com/show/5vzvr94D6M11BW3MpHmd0T. Learn about Folly's dangly bits with David Bulmer!

43 mins in - FIND THE DUCK. I adored that book and I've never come across anyone else who had it! (I also had a frog one.)

I protest in the strongest possible terms that I am NOT a stumblebum, but I can announce that the season 1 episode 6 instalment is now available.
You can find it here - https://open.spotify.com/show/5vzvr94D6M11BW3MpHmd0T - while I go off and sulk.

This week's episode features the famous Folly vs. Cedric insult challenge.
I'm rather proud of the artwork I came up with for it, even if I do say so myself!
You can listen to it from 4pm GMT tomorrow at podfollow.com/1534048322

Relevant to the latest episode, those books are the only reason I'd heard of the roc! (One of them had illustrations of various mythological creatures in the back.)
Mug's voice is Guy Standeven, btw.

We're almost at the end of our inter-season break. The last part of Famous For Retreating will be this coming Friday (8th), and then the following week we commence series 2!
I'd just like to say the amount of support we've received for the first series has been overwhelming. Thank you so much to everybody who's given the podcast a go. A couple of days ago we broke 1,000 individual listeners, which I never dreamed would ever happen.

Enjoyed this week's chat with Amy!
Re: the lack of a DISMISS spell when the team get turned to stone - I think the dungeoneers automatically materialise outside the castle when they die, and Treguard only uses DISMISS for the advisors, so it kinda makes sense that when the advisors die too, the whole team is immediately restored to life outside. (As Amy mentioned in the podcast, the dungeoneers seem to be given temporary bodies that remain behind after they leave; this particular quest implies the advisors aren't present in their real bodies either.) This does however leave the mystery of who scuttles in to remove the petrified advisors from the antechamber before the next lot arrive!
