    Evening all,

    presently having a chat with myself, Jen, Keith, Alan and David all present and a few options presenting themselves, excuse the blatant cutting and pasting;

    Following Alan's research:

A nice place with three bedrooms for £456 for two nights.

But it's a 20 minute walk from the venue, roughly

    https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/52736237?location=London%20N7%209EF%2C%20UK&check_in=2022-09-23&check_out=2022-09-25&federated_search_id=3c431aa1-51e7-423c-9391-8f85e6f411bd&source_impression_id=p3_1658086067_7TN6f9%2B53G7SYevV

There's a cheaper one further away, which is £444 for two nights

    Jen also contributed that

There's a Premier Inn hub about a mile away that seems a decent price too https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/hotels/england/greater-london/london/hub-london-kings-cross.html

    £170pp pn

Just over £100 per night if you accept zero chance to change or refund the booking.

1.3 miles away or 1 tube stop.

    What do people think?

Positives of us all being together make it easier to accommodate filming more and make it overall a more sociable experience, the downside being you may wish to gather your thoughts and unwind independently more between the film either way please let your thoughts be known below.

Thanks for summarising! I'll be going for the cheapest option myself. It would be nice to have other people to walk to and from the venue with, especially in the evenings depending on how late the filming goes on.

I've already booked somewhere, so hopefully it makes it easier to have me out of the equation.

Getting around is a bit of a bugger when you only have a limited amount of oxygen before you start turning an odd colour!

          Thanks, Bex

So the cheapest option on airbnb is this one:

          https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/42328579?adults=3&check_in=2022-09-23&check_out=2022-09-25&federated_search_id=acecdee2-1482-4088-9319-aea6695c760a&source_impression_id=p3_1658655096_9pEcLoWu09QfCBep

Which is £507 and has three bedrooms. Which therefore comes to £84.50 pppn. However, it only has a single review, and is being a bit deceptive about its free parking (which makes me wonder what else it might be deceptive about).

If we limit it to places with a reasonable number of reviews, there's:

          https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/27920838?location=London%20N7%209EF%2C%20UK&check_in=2022-09-23&check_out=2022-09-25&federated_search_id=a5635007-5138-4369-936b-7b70372ceea3&source_impression_id=p3_1658655559_MsVHg3%2BBfmQVnJlV

Which is £655 and has two bedrooms. That therefore comes to £163.50 pppn.

Don't need to worry about me. I've got what passes for a home to go to. It's a bit of a commute to Islington and back, but not such that I can justify the cost of staying out.

Well, I've booked in at 'Sonder Camden Road', which is fairly close to the Pleasance and close to some parking that I was able to obtain.

In the end plumped for Cedar's House Hotel in Croydon, significantly cheaper than central London and if I time it right can commute there/back with Billy!
