I disliked quite a few characters when I first rewatched the show as an adult (including some on your list - I strongly disagree with others!), though most of them have grown on me since then, and I've even become quite fond of some. I still can't stand Fidjit, and can't find much to like about Raptor. Sylvester the Jester is indeed rubbish too.
