Knightmare Convention Ideas

As some of you may be aware, we are currently looking into the possibility of running a Knightmare convention early next year in Norwich.
We can't reveal any details as yet, and it's entirely possible that the whole project will fall through. However, we'd like to ask you hardcore fans what sort of events you might like to see at such a convention. In particular, we're interested in small events, games, entertainments, talks, etc. that can be run in parallel.

If this happens I'm all for it (only 40 minutes outside of Norwich and I'm still kicking Myself for not waiting outside for the one off to speak to Hugo and lord fear actor (forgot his name).
Events, everyone tries a few rooms, 3 or 2 as advisors, one as dungeoneer, cosplay competitions from best treguard, lord fear, to trolls, folly, even granitearse, eye shield tryout (record a scene with a friend or next to lord fear and try and make your own scenes and see if he approves), designing a dragon that could be used if km might get done today, create your own dungeon rooms (draw one, bring it in, show how the traps work ie show a series of small animations for it).
Impressions: if your treguard voice, lord fear, gumboil etc as good as you think it is?, record a clip and Myatt, lord fear and co will give you their thoughts, winner gets to do an impression beside Myatt or fear (no this isn't knightmares got talent or the lord fear factor).

Some excellent ideas I think and pretty much what I would like to see. Just the chance to be a dungeoneer even for a couple of rooms would be amazing!

I must start off by stating that I will not be able to attend the Knightmare convention so perhaps my ideas should be not given too much consideration. However, if I could attend, the thing that I would like to see the most would be a Q & A session with any one or more of the following: dungeoneer /contestant/ crew member /actor. What does everyone else think?

winner gets to do an impression beside Myatt or fear
I personally fear we won't see any impressions of our unique and inititable stalwart Myatt aka Lyn Mark II or Matt Richings.
