There's a drama series called The Game starting this Thursday on BBC2. David Verrey appears in the fifth episode, which I think will air on 28th May - will post about it on the main site nearer the time!

Next Thursday (22nd January) at 8:30pm, Mistress Goody actress Erin Geraghty has a guest role in Birds Of A Feather on ITV. Will submit a news item afterwards, once it's on ITV Player and more is known about her character (named Gail).

I loved seeing Joanne in this video rehearsing for Sleeping Beauty. She's always great to watch. I haven't been to a panto since I was little but if she ever plays one in my town, I'd be tempted to go see it! Still wish she'd been given a second, villainous role in Knightmare - that would have been awesome. She has uploaded a couple of adverts to her YouTube channel in recent months: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B88z7yOEJR8 (Ooh, nice tea... not) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hY4lKlb1kns How she keeps a straight face with that creepy guy pestering her in the book shop, I don't know!

Man, I wish I could go see Quills. One of my favourite actors in the stage version of one of my favourite films! Looks like Mark is playing Michael Caine's role, the villainous Dr Royer-Collard. Why does it have to be so far away?!

Two 1987 programmes featuring Audrey Jenkinson (Gretel)... she can be seen with Robbie Coltrane in episode 2 of 'Tutti Frutti' (5:52), and in the City Lights episode 'Local Hero' (5:38, 15:39, 19:36) which stars the late Gerard Kelly a.k.a. Brookside's Callum Finnegan.

Did you know David Verrey provided a commentary for his Doctor Who episode on the DVD? I just read that on the IMDb.

ITV pulled this week's episode of Law & Order: UK in which Cliff Barry (Lissard) plays a guest role, due to the recent stabbing in a Leeds school. Not sure how soon it will be broadcast now. If anyone wants to see this, it's on tonight at 9pm! Oh dear, I can definitely see why they pulled this episode at the time. Anyway, if you want to look it up on ITV Player, Cliff appears about 7 minutes from the start and 7 minutes before the end, playing the murder victim's father.

I recently watched the first episode of A Very Peculiar Practice starring Peter Davison, from 1986. Michael Cule (Brother Mace) plays an academic in the party scene at 38:39.

Thank you for finding these. It's a shame they lay undiscovered for so long! The uncredited song in 'The Motorist' is I'm In Love With My Car: in my opinion, the worst song from Queen's best album. If you watched Question Time after Margaret Thatcher died, you'll have seen the inside of the school featured. Iona knows a thing or two about Margaret Thatcher from playing a Knightmare Series 8 character who seemed to evoke her...

Edmund Dehn as Charon in the 2010 movie Lovelorn (aka Inner Calm), which looks extremely interesting. Watch out for him at 1:27. For any fans in the London area, there will be two screenings of Lovelorn on the 12th and 24th of this month at The Hen & Chickens Theatre in Highbury - tickets available here. I've just submitted it as a news item, and am still working on a longer article about all the recent film projects by Edmund and other KM actors!

Turns out the actress of Majida has had roles in a couple of erotic films - The Big Swap and Eyes Wide Shut. Hopefully, she didn't do the Majida accent... There's a clip of Jackie in The Big Swap (1998) as part of co-star Mark Caven's showreel (starting at 1:05). She has an English accent in that one!

I think limiting it to the current decade seems reasonable. (Edmund Dehn is in so many things!) I'll try and put something together.

I seem to recall The Horns Of Nimon as having the hammiest guest actor in the history of the series. A title it is some achievement to win. "SOL-DEEEEEED!" I re-watched Horns recently and it is hammy, and the Nimon are too busy trying to keep balanced on those strange platform 'hooves' to be threatening, but I like it. There's some good stuff in there too

John Woodnutt can now be seen in an episode of The Saint called 'Luella', from 1964. He plays a crooked hotel porter at 3:46, 25:01, 25:46 and 33:08. I think that's the earliest of his roles that I've ever seen - he would have been 39 at the time.

Isy Suttie (if we may now include her among the alumni) appeared on Never Mind the Buzzcocks last night. She is also on QI this week, according to my TV guide.

I'm not certain, but I expect Alec Westwood's episode of Taggart ('Death Comes Softly') to be aired on True Entertainment next week, either Monday 21st or Wednesday 23rd October at 11pm.

Good to see Adrian Neil is still getting TV work in America - he appeared as an attorney in Dexter a couple of weeks ago. The stream I found may well be "unofficial" so I won't post the link, but I did take a screencap: http://www.knightmare.com/images/stories/news/Knightmare/Dexter.jpg And earlier this year he was in a William Shakespeare mini biography (see 1:05, 1:35, 2:35, 4:01 and 4:30), which I have also screencapped: http://www.knightmare.com/images/stories/news/Knightmare/Shakespeare.jpg It's always nice to hear what the actors really sound like when they're not putting on various accents for roles! (A news item about these has also been submitted to the website.)
