They've had their account deleted. I've also changed the permissions for Newly Registered Users so that they now cannot send private messages. I always wanted to avoid doing that, but I don't really see an alternative. Many thanks Mystara, much appreciated. I got spammed something like 5 times in one day!

In that case you could maybe consider putting a link to the forum at the top of the homepage instead of near the bottom. I do think the existence of the forum is very hidden at the moment.

Although I don't visit here as often as I used to I still like to pop by now and again. Great to see the forum still going strong and long may it continue! The only way is forward, there is no turning back!

I lived in Birks Hall (several ugly concrete blocks) off the New North Road for the best part of two years. Still have a great fondness for the city of Exeter and it's nice that one of Knightmare's classic teams were from the city.

This was something you didn't expect. Don't log-in much but the new design certainly put a new slant on things. May take a few further visits to get used to the changed lay-out. The colour difference should make posting and reading more accessible but never thought I'd see such change when visiting the forum once again.

The website has a page about Tim Child's appearance on the Children's BBC discussion show Take Two. The page says this happened 'in late December 1991 (we believe)'. I've just checked BBC Genome, the online archive of BBC programme listings from Radio Times, and now have an exact date and time: Friday 20 December 1991, 4:35pm. It would have clashed with the final episode of Knightmare Series 5. On one hand, this is highly unfortunate. On the other hand, it was a triumph for Tim Child because it meant that he was commanding the entire children's TV audience.

Incidentally, thanks to all of the oldies (and newbies) who have surfaced in recent weeks in Knightmare Chat. This Sunday was the...second? third? week in a row we've had over 15 people in chat.

Welcome to the forum, LucidKnightmare. The riddle book includes many riddles and questions from Knightmare Series 1-4 (before the board game was released) and some original ones. I don't think we have a forum collection of riddles, though there are threads where we've collected jokes - which, given the kind of decade it's been so far, may well have been a better investment.

How could we possibly lose out on Treguard offering to make hot chocolate? Yeah, I really cringed when I read that back!! It's funny, at the time I wrote that, I had recently discovered the site (known as Knightmare.clara.net in those days) and it has awoken many of my memories of the show, but I had long ago lost or taped over my tapes (how foolish of me) and only the final episode of Series 7 remained in my collection. So that, along with the videos on the site, were all I had for reference. I had completely mis-remembered Treguard and Majida as having some kind of father/daughter like relationship whereas now thanks to Challenge I have seen all the episodes in full again several times, I realise I got that completely wrong and she was generally an annoyance to him.

Just a bit of a problem- someone seems to have accidently caused the Interactive Knightmare Lexicon to go down. Can you try to figure out what the hell is going on?

Hi, lonefairy. Thank you for reporting this. In fact, what you would have seen after clicking many of the links was the main page features with the destination page underneath. Also, several of the links appear to be fine. To reduce any confusion, the links on http://www.knightmare.com/media2/clips/1309-other have now been checked and amended where needed.

Main item when I go to knightmare.com front page is "we are pleased to report that we will be running a Knightmare Convention in the very studios where Knightmare was filmed. You can buy tickets from the EPIC studios website. The convention runs from Friday 9th May (with Knightmare Live) until Sunday 11th May."
