Sounds like a lot of effort has gone into this. I'm looking forward to seeing this come to fruition.

Referring to the above, the same pun was used in the TV mag that came with The Sun a couple of weeks back. Only today did I finally get the chance to scan it in and upload, and here it is: http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/2465/knightmaresunfo5.jpg

Innocent look Brother Silence prints pix of Brother Mace getting whacked on the head with a hammer, under a slogan that reads, "Brother Silence says you can expire a friar!" Gumboil prints pix of Cedric getting smacked around, above a slogan reading, "Gumboil says you can clunk a monk!"

The Dark Knight is, by far and away, my favourite game on Incredible Games. The guys who made the show obviously appreciated its value as it was one of only two games that returned for the second series. It even had a Knightmare-like element, as the Dark Knight wore a VR helmet, and apparently could not see the three contestants themselves, but only the lighted squares where they had just been. In this way, he had to work out where they were on the board, and he usually managed to capture at least one of them. Yes, it was very cool when they got vapourised! A hidden gem.

Latest issue of Official Nintendo Magazine. The phrase "Caution, team!" is used in a Resident Evil feature.

I used to work at a charity named Peaceworkers UK, and before I joined there was an employee named Mark Knight. His business cards were found in a drawer as I tidied up the office, and I had to ask the boss if he used to be an actor!

I sent what I wrote at the top to UKGameshows.com. And they read, and they noted... http://www.ukgameshows.com/page/index.php/Treasures_of_the_Mindlord

He would have to lose some weight to fit in Paul Valentine's costume!! He was in Norwich, the eggman, fixing his electric bike, and he got the train home and started randomly talking to me. I kept an eye on my pocketses!!!

That's one of my favourite Python episodes! That reference also reminds me that there was a Bulstrode in Thomas The Tank Engine. Sodor's bulstrode was a grumpy barge that had some troublesome trucks fall in to his hold and wreck him.

In the episode of Fawlty Towers "Basil The Rat", Basil and Manuel are looking for said rat in the dining room and looking under tables. The man at one table thinks that Basil is looking at his wife's legs, and Basil makes some excuse about seeing a bread roll under the table (meaning the rat). It's not that obvious, but I always think of KM for some reason...must be the bread roll on the floor reference

Surely coming up with a Knightmare chess variant would be more interesting than coming up with a Knightmare chess set. And no, I have no clue where you'd start with that either.

They misspelled FrightKnight! Nooooooooo!!!! I'll let them off. Team 17 have been going round for a huuuuge length of time, and I remember them from such beauties as Qwak, Arcade Pool and Alien Breed 3D (the first one). And Superfrog, of course. A couple of hiccups and duds aside (let's face it, 10-pin bowling sims aren't as much fun as the real thing), I'm glad Team 17 haven't been eaten up by the huge wibbly monster that is EA Games, who now seemingly produce everything. But anyway, the idea of customisable worms for the latest incarnation sounds good. Must admit I haven't played a Worms game since the Amiga-only Worms: Director's Cut came out back in Christmas 1996, their swansong for that machine of vanilla goodness. Might play Superfrog again soon, actually...

http://www.squidi.net/viewcomic.php?date=04-07-03 Notice the old guy in panel 2 is saying a familiar phrase. Yet the comic author had never heard of Knightmare, as anyone else seen unintentional references & links made to KM?

Hey, figured I'd post this link to quite a cool riddle based maze game, looks pretty tricky and the dungeon master equivalent can't always be trusted. Anyways check it out if you don't have mountains of revision to do http://archives.obs-us.com/obs/english/books/holt/books/maze/ Ta ta
