As I stated on the Joanne Heywood interview post, I will be sending off the q's tomorrow night.

Also, I am attempting to get a few more people to do interviews, I'll let people know if any more come along.

Just a small question but how do you manage to get all these interviews?

Why the sour face? By happy for the chance.

        Racking brains here, Mr K.

Right... I'd like to ask: Fridays at 4:40 were the perfect slot for the best show on CiTV, and in my opinion, the best time of year as well, but why specifically was the show broadcasted between September - December, and what advantages were there for this decision? (Considering only one dungeon ending carried any notion of Xmas theme).

Given Knightmare's proven popularity, was it ever considered to enlarge the show or create two series per year? Was the 'scarcity' factor something that really kept the fans and made it so intense and addictive?

Any more come up, I'll edit them in or post new.

        Cheers Kieran.

(Just carrying this one over from the other board...)

Could the in-game characters hear the advisors talking all the time?

But I presume thats a question for Tim, eh?

'Time-Busters' AKA 'TIM busters' - What happened?

I can answer this one, but obviously it can be asked again if Kieran wishes.

Basically TimeBusters did not have very good audience figures in its weekend morning slot on BBC 2. This may have been because that time slot is usually more suited to animation shows for younger viewers. Tim Child asked the controller to move TimeBusters to a weekday afternoon slot, but they wouldn't move it. It was stopped after three series.

Well first of all....As Keith said, why the ':('?

I get the contacts either through agents or the fact they email me first (in the case of Tim Child, he emailed me first)

Thanks for the questions everyone, they have now been sent off.  As Nic covered the TB question there is little point in me asking that one again.

Tim Child contacted you to arrange an interview? That is very interesting indeed. Question: Why would someone seek an interview of themselves? Answer: when they have information that they would like to impart.

No, that isn't what I meant.

I brought up the topic of doing an interview, but he originally contacted me in the first place (not about the interview, but to ask me some questions).

So he never asked for this interview, I did, and he said yes.

                        Hi all,

I have received a full reply from Tim, still awaiting the final answers from Ed Dehn and Joanne Heywood, which should be finished soon.

I can assure you all that there are some good items within this interview, a maybe 1 or 2 surprises.

I thought of a question to try and settle a debate, but it's too late now. Anyway the question is what was the third lifeforce? (that is if it hasn't been asked. If it has then I needn't worry)

No, an extremely painful shoulder keeps me up all night.  Anyone who knows me well, knows I don't sleep very often!  Alas I'd quite like some rest one day.

Agg.. ditto on the sleeping 'irregularity'. No shoulder burden; just a wire-close caffeine addiction, at the moment, impossible amounts of latin to get through, and without that, detailed and extensive diarying.

9am lecture for me in the morning. Meh. Doesn't matter whether you've had 5 mins, 5 hrs or 15 hrs sleep; you just don't want to get up for that. Still, last week I tried to rest my poor head on the plane.. and the sound of blizzards woke me up, and then everything went sadly wrong; hoping for better results tomorrow.

I can sympathise over the Latin, KaM, having studied it for over 10 years myself, up to and beyond degree level. Don't be worried about having an English translation by your side, if it helps you get the gist of the Latin, and makes the task less intimidating.

If you feel I can help at all (even if it's just provision of textbooks - I have shelves full of them), please, don't hesitate to contact me.  🙂
