Re:End of The Line

My broadcast was OK. I'm on Sky Digital, so maybe it has something to do with that?
-
When I looked mid-afternoon, Challenge was still a black screen.
It was OK this morning, though...
Grumble. It'll probably be January before the first two episodes are on again... at least.
And... will we have series 3 this time? I've still not seen most of it!*
- DISCLAIMER: this was because I moved to a new school in September 1989 where the school day finished at 5:40pm, and relying on my then seven-year-old brother to operate the video wasn't always a success...

For hardcore fans, the repeats in the morning never have the annoying adverts in the top left corner of the screen or the voice over on the credits.

Challenge tv is repeating Knightmare as ive recently found out, problem is we havent got sky
gutted!
Anyway I want to know how far they have got? what series are they showing and when it comes to an end will they be starting from series 1 again?
We have been toying with the idea of getiing sky installed or maybe freeview if challenge tv is on it (dont think it is?)

It isn't. You get Ftn instead on Freeview, a channel that really isn't worth the space on Freeview it takes up. And it doesn't show K'Mare.

Challenge started showing Knightmare in December 2002. Today they showed the last two episodes of Series 2, meaning Series 3 will probably start next week. When they've got to the end of Series 8, they'll almost certainly go back to Series 1...unless they remove it from the schedules, which hopefully won't happen.

Spot on

Hold on there! Remember what Challenge did last time... they jumped straight from series 2 to 4...
...meaning I still haven't seen series 3 since it was riginally broadcast!

I don't remember them doing that. Problem is though, they have probably ran out of the rights to series 3 due to how many times they have shown it. Although I'm not sure how many times they have shown it, but I think a channel only has the rights to show some programmes a maximum of ten times but I maybe wrong. Could only apply to Knightmare though.
