Forum/Site upgrades March 2014

We have upgraded the software that connects the forum and main site.
Undoubtedly some things will have broken.
Those of you with spaces or non alphanumeric characters in your usernames will have had your usernames slightly changed to remove these characters.

Ooh, I like how recent forum posts show on the front page now - much more likely to catch the attention of visitors. (Speaking as someone who knew about KM.com for about a decade before spotting that it had an active forum!) Just noticed the new menus as well, which look rather nice.

I have "Canadanne" listed next to that feature on my TODO list, so it must've been your request.

Actually I'm quite pleased with how the upgrade has gone. The new software is working quite nicely.

hmm, firefox seems to work properly here.
What version/OS are you using? Have you tried disabling plugins?

I can't imagine any reason why it wouldn't work in Firefox, but if it works in safe mode, that appears to indicate that it's one of your plugins that is causing a problem.
