how do i help my ill uncle? help.

    i was thinking audio books might help him talk again. not sure what else i could do to help him recover if he can.

    i don't know how much he remembers but he had a bleed on the brain last week. it has stopped bleeding but he can't do much.

    i know the brain can recover from stuff as bad as this.

    he's going to be in hospital for a while and i know he'll need help.

    what tools can i get to help him talk to us again? and has anyone had a family member taken ill like this before and pulled through?

      update.

      uncle william is starting to feel better.

      the bleed has stopped and now begins the recovery period.

      we put photos in a book to help him remember us all. i hope he'll be ok soon.

        Everything that you’ve said sounds sensible and likely to be helpful.

        Prognosis depends on lots of factors.
