Hello again,
Okay... Smileys are back, however for some reason this version of the forum does not allow Smileys without YABBC tags, so I have had to enable those as well (you will see the options on the Posting form page).
I'm not too keen on YABBC tags myself as they slow down the forum and I don't think they are necessary. But lets give them a go.
If the facility is abused (e.g. people use the features unnecessarily) then I will have to disable both Smileys and YABBC tags permanently.

Everytime I post a message and look at the YABBC tags and look at the glow button, the name Grimaldine always comes to mind!

I don't. People use them and I always have to ask. Then again, I guess this old crone just isn't very cultured.
