I know it's amusing sometimes and all, but it's slightly annoying when legitmate discussion threads are hijacked completely off-topic like this. It wouldn't be so bad if it was just once, but it seems to happen rather a lot that the cartoon violence invades. We do have an off-topic forum, and roleplay forum(s) too, which are much better places for it. I know all threads go off topic sometimes, but this does seem a bit excessive, in my *personal *view.
