The stand-in who did it here couldn't quite get it on the mark. Bit of an understatment, there HStorm. Could have been a worse imatation. But it could also have been a darn sight better. To put it another way Not UN-LOVELY but Not LOVELY either

why are they computer grahicalising it. just bring back normal knightmare. stupid not real dungeoneer

Knightmare is a cult classic. You can't compare that with Power Rangers, Knightmare had some of the best actors there were. Iw ill not stand here to see Knightmare insulted. Besides Knightmare had some of the best Computer Graphics of it's time and still had. Knightmare will be in everyones heart forever for those, who watches it, were in it and will be one of the best Game shows ever created.

Yeah.  The CGI figures are kinda funny looking which I think is the only flaw.  Maybe it won't really matter; perhaps they'll look great in action. Yes, it's not easy to say if motion would cover those defects or make them more obvious. I suppose we can hope that movement and sound and a Quest to follow would make it appear better. In any case, these are only preliminary pictures, so I guess the final product would receive a lot more work.

And if anybody's been watching Neighbours recently (heaven help us), then the character Rocco reminds you of a more evil Dungeon Master. Some kind of Mafia brother, perhaps.

The old one is better... Actually, I wouldn't know because I've never seen the blasted thing... The computer game? I didn't have one of them- the better one, I think- but the other that I did have the misfortune of owning was absolutely awful, even for the standards of those days. Everyone remembers stoning the old man, tho. I don't think it ever occurred to me to offer him some food and water as you were supposed to. I mean, what would be the point of it, when I'm only going to stone him anyway?

I hope that there are forests for meh to run in and I hope that I'll actually SEEN rather just herd.... and I hope that the dungeneers are slow, being a wolf is hard enough without having to chase dinners I mean  dungeneers....sigh that reminds me I'm hungry stares at Pickle

Having read the blurb, I'm a little confused because there is a statement that is slightly ambiguous: "...will be able to build a Virtual Reality demonstrator or real time pilot for the new version of the cult dungeon exploration show." Is it an either-or, or are both terms equivalent? If the latter is true, could we expect to see a pilot episode being made - complete with Hugo Myatt? (In a similar vein to the TimeGate pilot, perhaps).

I have to say i really like the first two images (with the chests in) as it looks like a nice change from the clue tables interactive story?? where I dont think i could join in but i'd love to watch.

Thinking about it, since TeleVirtual are developing new software for Km, I doubt we'll see any more test graphics until it is completed. I would imagine that the graphics we have seen so far have been developed on multi-purpose software, for testing purposes.

Well, there's certainly not going to be any need for the Eye Shield! I agree, though: get rid of the Reach wand and shrink all the rune-style puzzles to something the size of a control panel on the wall, next to the door. The dungeoneer could touch it with their own (avatar) hands.
