If you're going to include Gibbet just 'cos he disappeared after one series, you might as well include everyone who wasn't in season eight.

Couple of points...

Hordriss might ride on Smirky, but the dragon would have to stay quiet. They could just use the old sore throat excuse.

Fatilla and Mace weren't played by the same actor. Mace was played by Michael Cule, Fatilla was played by Erin Geraghty.

Michale Cule DID play Fatilla The Hun & Brother Mace.

Erin Geraghty Played The Oger (Mr. Grimwold).

Easy to mix the two characters up they both looked alike in a way.

On that subject, have you ever seen Blake's 7. There's a character in it called Travis and Skarkill's the spitting image of him, especially the eyepatch and the sado-masochistic outfit.
