Lord Fear. He can disguise himself well as someone else and win one's trust (unless one has had the benefit of a spyglass) before killing one at the drop of a hat and magically disposing of the evidence. Not a hope in Hell if there aren't allies, clues and scrying devices to even the odds.

After much thought, I'll opt for Mildread as my least favoured option. There's several reasons. First, the incessant cackling would get pretty tiresome after about ten minutes. Second, if she had her portable self-heating cauldron with her she might get peckish and try to cook me, which as well as causing my premature eradication (have to be careful to put the right word in there), would also probably set fire to the lift itself, making unnecessary work for the Wolfenden Fire Service. Thirdly, she'd constantly do those terribly unconvincing and passe impressions, so it'd be like being stuck with a grey-skinned Rory Bremner. Fourthly, and perhaps more than anything, I'd guess that people who don't get rescued, who seem like they're doomed, want to go out with "one last stand", as it were. And frankly, I can't think of anyone worse to share that with than warty old Mildread, but in my insane state of mind, having been stuck in a confined space for so long, and watching her Treguard impression for the 433rd time, I might not be so rational.

i would not want to get stuck with pickle he would just moan moan moan all the time like he did to ppor old treguard supopose he was relieved (eventually) when Majida turned up!!!
being trapped with Modgred would not be fun (probably be dead within seconds!!

Here's a thought:
Instead of jamming between floors, why doesn't the descender stop at one of those exits displaying scenery outside? That way the character(s) you hate would have to jump out... and fall to their doom!
