Choice of quest objects

The one that always got me was after Ben redeemed the Crown in series 6, and then Sofia also went for the Crown bare seconds after Ben had brought it back! Treguard was saying "Do you wish to redeem the Crown..." and he'd had the thing in his hands five minutes earlier! Always rankled with me a bit.

They should have done something about that, we may very well have had a quest for the Cup, which NEVER occured in the series. Partly because the tile was parked to the far right! Nobody ever looks right usually!
Most people would usually regard the Cup as either a dull object to retrieve or an impossible quest LOL

i reckon the quest objects are only retrievable for a short time and when all collected are of course magically banished back e me believes specially the cup

If they had fetched all 4 traditional objects they'd then have the maid and then possibly the 6th would be something in relation to her for example for 'the golden contraceptive'...or maybe not
As for my choice of objects the Sword! (As long as I could keep it!)

I think fireworks would have gone off outside Knightmare Castle, Treguard would have gone "We've won! We have every single quest item!" and at 5:10pm, replacing that day's episode of Blockbusters, would be a huge hour long CITV party with Treguard and co getting down with Pat Sharp, Neil Buchanan, Tilly Tom and Tiny, Gaz Top, etc etc etc. But then in the next episode, mirroring trends for certain computer games at the time, four new quest items would be brought in!
The SUPER Sword, which is coloured gold and flashes a bit through the magic of Commodore.
The SUPER Shield which fires laser bolts.
The SUPER Cup which is filled with delicious Vanilla Coke.
And the SUPER Crown which spins around, flashes disco lights and plays the KM theme whenever someone puts it on.
Anyway.
The Cup would be the one I'd instantly go for as no one else ever won it!

Just to add the quest objects had specific titles
(Sword of Freedom)
(Crown of Glory)
(Shield of Justice)
(Cup of Healing accoring to Wikapedia)
The correct names are The Crowning Glory and The Cup That Heals.
There are also the Sword of Justice and the Shield of Liberty in season 2.

I'd go on the quest to find Treguard's chair. He seems to have misplaced it in season 8.
