Mystara's Secret Project: KMV/Ægis Quest

I hope we won't disappoint you!
Personally, I'm desperate to get a large group of extra volunteers and get started on planning series 1. But I know that won't happen without a proof of concept and I want to ensure that things actually work correctly - hence the pilot.
Further to that, if anyone has any suggestions for series 1, I'm eager to here them. I know I put out a request for puzzles a while back, but just to reiterate, I'm always on the lookout for more

I have now sent payment for a venue, so I'm able to slightly refine the details of my previous post.
I will edit the original and list the changes, here.
Sounds cool. When is it taking place?
(Saturday) 29th of August 2009. We will be starting early and going on until fairly late.
That's only one DAY...?
Correct. We're producing a one-off pilot as a means of testing things out. We don't anticipate the finished product being very long. On top of this, keep in mind that we're looking at something like a 9-10 hour day.
Where will it take place?
Central London. A venue has already been booked and paid for.
Will I have to pay anything?
You will incur all the costs associated with getting to the venue, feeding yourself and (if necessary) sleeping. Obviously these costs will depend on your circumstances. Despite the higher-than-expected cost of venue hire, we have decided not to ask people to make a contribution to the hire cost. That said, if anyone wants to give us some money....
Is there a deadline for wanting to take part?
There is a 'soft' deadline of July 10th. We will plan our schedule based on offers we receive before that date. If you miss the deadline, we may not be able to make use of you, but try us anyway!
I missed the deadline and REALLY want to take part!
We aren't setting out to deliberately exclude anyone, but we need to start planning things. Send us an email asap and we'll see what we can do.

Thanks to everyone who has so far volunteered. Just to let you know that we are now in the process of organising a filming schedule and plan.

For those interested parties...
The pilot filming was a great success, and highly enjoyable. Almost everything has fallen neatly in to place, despite a failed crossover attempt with "The Weakest Link".
We're now in the process of compiling and keying all the footage, and assembling some other sequences. Hopefully, it won't be long before we have something to show you.
In the mean time, here's a sneak peek at one of our characters....

I'm not quite sure why the snowman was there. But I thought I had better get a photo of it.
People may also be vaguely interested to know that the project has now assumed its proper name of "Ægis Quest". A quick visit to the site may yield a little more information regarding this change, the progress of the pilot and our (awesome) new logo.
