Grrr!

Crikey.

For instants my mum always cooks supper late so that it always seems to be ready around about 7.30/45pm, which is really annoying when Knightmare is on. Also it is annoying having supper so late anyway whether Km is on or not. So anyway what annoys/irretates you then?

I have to say that temporal disruption always annoyed me all those years ago (and it does a little now, but without it km wouldn't be km) simply because I knew I had to wait a whole week until next friday for it to come on again! So I used to watch the episode I had recorded again, and again, and again.
Pixel used to agitate me, and the shortcut (as I mentioned in room 101 thread), cutting out a level was a bit dodgy. Having said that I remember enjoying Dunstan's quest all those years ago, so I won't say anything more.
And I have to admit, despite loving challenge, the announcer comments at the end of km episodes get on one's nerves.

People who insist teams were "let off".
Mellisandre irritates me full stop. That whiny voice gets on my nerves.
The Door Monsters in S4. Having to listen to "Oh dear oh dear" every single quest is excruciating. Throw in the "true and false" bit and you have my least favourite part of KM.

Challenge TV changing repeat times at short notice and deciding not to repeat an episode for no apparent reason.

Pixel was annoying.
Also something which applied in series 5/6 - not sure until I see them again - where when a dungeoner died and we started at level 1.
They death was bad enough but we started at the long and repetative level 1 again.

I'm really not sure, it was just a strange room, but strange in a good sort of way.
You mentioned above the overuse of the causeways. I think they should have been used less, and they should have been harder to solve. If it were series 3, there would be clues scattered around, and some thinking involved.

I'm sorry to add to a growing number - but I'd also stake a claim for the Weeping Doors. It wasn't just the basic repetition of them appearing every single level, but the voices were just of a tone difficult to cope with. Adding to that, every question was a single true or false, given a rather weak strand to the general knowledge purpose of it all, and they also, frustratingly, took up a lot of time. Mind you, while I will tend to pick lots of personal faults with S4, I still love watching it, wouldn't have it any other way, and if the development led to further series' being so exceptional, then I can't compain.
