Some of my favourites include: Emii's Bohemian Rhapsody that started the whole thing off, Skarkill's 1-2-3-4-5 (simple but cracked me up!), dark Descender's 'Perfect Mage', 123Pooka's 'You Can't Hurry Spells', Mashibinbin's It's Still Rock & Roll To Me, Pooka's 'Pooka Loopy', Becxsmagic's Good King Wenceslas, Billy's Poker Face, Visage and Thanatos' quite extraordinary reworkings of Gilbert & Sullivan (especially 'Modern Techno-Sorcerer') plus Visage's You're The Top, the various Spider-Man verses by everyone, and a whole bunch of the prolific Drassil's efforts (Fame, I Am I Feel, Dancing Queen, We Didn't Start The Fire, Space Oddity, (G)old, Go West, Making Your Mind Up, Streets of London, 'I Don't Like Fridays', Sometimes, American Pie, Perfect Day, Copacabana, Three Lions, Hazard, Call Me, 'Nothing's Gonna Chop Us Now', Summer Of '69, (Spin)Dizzy, 'We Will Block You', the line "Troll... Hammer time!", Pinball Wizard, Country House). And of course, Never Gonna Win The Cup!
Though many a song have I parodied in my time (including a lot of the ones in this thread), I have never before tried giving one a Knightmare theme. It's about time I did...
Based on Toto's 'Africa', inspired by Series 8. Not my best work, but it's quite a tricky song to parody! Good singalong fun though - you can listen to the original (with lyrics) here.
I hear the trolls echoing behind
But they hear only whispers of some rune lock combination
We tumble in, no Smirky flight
The helmet lets me hear the friends that guide me through each location
I stopped an odd monk along the way
Hoping to find some potion or a spell, to F-L-O-A-T
He turned to me as if to say
"Hurry boy, that dragon's after you!"
It's gonna take a lot to keep me from sailing through

The fireballs fly out from the side
As they grow restless, longing for somewhere to sit while guiding me
I know that I must sidestep right
Sure as two other towers rise up like the Black one above the Great Mire sea
I must restore my life force sprite
Frightened of this pie that's nearly gone
It's gonna take a lot to keep me from sailing through
