have to agree with 4 and 5, but that doesn't mean they were bad... in fact 4 and 5 are very good. but not as good. it was the over use if the eye shield and the boring level one in both, Season 4 also was very repetitive.

But they both had some very good moments, they might be more difficult that season 6 was, which made things a bit more exciting... or that season 4 and 5 had worse team players ? Anyway season 5 great causeway was better then 6,

I would 4, slow and repetitive.

However season 3 the best? i think not, not much happens.. i would rate 2 better then 3.

Series 3 was good but series four must hold a record for most people reaching level three. Also in one episode there was a Spyglass in one of the question rooms but was not lifted up.

Five was good but slow as you say. Six was ok but not keen on Sidress.

Yes a good improvement on last series at first i was not keen on Sidress but have got to like her more.

Dissapointed that for last 2 episodes she has been frozen or something.

I would like to have seen somone had ago at the cup. Lord Fear's hand is a great added bonus & yesterday episode with Hands & the ring i remember watching it.

Courseway has become alot harder Smirkonof talking has been ok & also glad Blockers have been used very little.

Overall so far so good.

Apologies if this has been covered before, but how did the programme makers get dungeoneers to look like they were falling when they stepped off a ledge etc. to their death? Obviously, they weren't falling but do you think somebody standing slightly out of shot would tell them if they had died and to start flailing their aims about to make it look more convincing???

makes you think i always thought they may have been stood on say a floor which is rotable & a small drop onto some netting or something.

Knightmare is idealogy Racist, it is racist against the Welsh. The "Red Dragon" is the national emblem of Wales, its on the Welsh flag and is part of the nation of Wales featuring very much in our folk tales, the Red Dragon is the Protector of Wales acording to legend

So, in Knightmare is it just plain coinseidence (SP) that they use the "Red Dragon" as a baddie? I think not, over the past few years, my Media course has taught me a lot of things about the media, one of those things is that "No media product is innocent" and the conetations (SP) of the Red Dragon in Knightmare is negetive, in Wales the Red Dragon represents Wales, as I am pretty sure it does in most of the UK, making the idealogy of the programme racist, if it was intended, which I indeed think it is, or was accidental which I doubt, unless I have taken a different reading then the one that the writers wanted, which I doubt since I was amoung the target audience for Knightmare, althogh at that time had a total lack of understanding of the media to realise that it had a representation of Wales and the Welsh which is negitive.

The way they say Red Dragon isn't very complimentary, the context it used in the product is negitive, the discription of the Red Dragon is quite offencive.

Its bad enough with Ron Atkinson & now your complaining it is just a show people are not going to associate red dragon & the Welsh being evil except Cardiff city fans

I have decided i shall tape all episodes now so when it goes off air i can still enjoy the action.

When I was just a kid of eight or nine or ten, I had a hell of a knack for making replica Helmets Of Justice out of A4 paper and sellotape. I'd stick it over my head, force my mother to stand at the side of the hallway thrusting a broom handle back and forth, while my little sis shouted directings from across the room. Et voila - yoru very own Corridor Of Spears.

Best one i remember was during halloween in school where the opposistion all wore masks.

Does anyone remember the show? there was a character who had headless body but his head was under his arm.

I reckon would fit in niecly in Knightmare i reckon maybe as the gatekeeper to a well in series 4 or the lift in the later series.

He could be neutral but the reason he has no head as a punishment by Lord Fear or something.

Who thinks Challenge? has done Knightmare a favour or betrayed the Knightmare fans? I think that Challenge? should see if they can sell the rights to BBC or ITV so everyone can watch it.

I am glad to have it back on.

Any of you seen the Knightmare interactive story? I think thst the Knightmare producers set that up so they can see what people think should be in the show.

If you mean the one obtained from the www.knightmare.com front page, the subtext says that it was written by members of the forum. This is absolutely true - I was one of the contributors.

For the record, though, beveryafraid (who praised the story, much to my enormous personal pride!) kindly wrote the epilogue. That is as far as involvement from the producers of the show goes.

Maybe everyone else could write there own.

In School or has a kid a few of us use to go to the park or on holiday in the funhouses we would make the paths & obstacles various challenges we where young.

But enjoyed it but what else did everyone use to do.

There is an RPG which uses film, thats sort of a game!

Hope it goes well the sooner it is up the better.

Think of it as an extension of the existing Knightmare games on IKM. Indeed, Knightmare itself could be classed as an RPG...

As regards to when S6 is taking place, I don't personally know. We've completed filming for the project but now Post Production SFX and Dubbing are required to keep everything at a professional standard (as professional as we can get anyway!).

That's gonna take time, so watch this space...

Just wanted to point something out about tonight's episode - am I alone in thinking that even though the scroll the girls picked up in Level 2 hinted that they needed to pick up some amber, they didn't have a chance to collect any before encountering the witch? Have to say it was a bit harsh of our bearded master and his elf sidekick to give the team a hard time about it if this was case.... or is it me being thick???

Enjoyed the episode apart from that, other than the threat by Lord Fear's robot to tear limbs off not being carried out - maybe the gruesome deaths of the early series made the programme makers hold back a bit on too many gory scenes!
