You know you've watched too much knightmare when...
-
You make a great effort to produce a series of drawings which display all the characters from all eight series.
Knightmare series 4 picture coming soon!
-
You refer to your anadin tablets as bitter pills of self-delusion.
Your inner monologue has the voice of a knightmare character. (I.E. I always think of myself as one.)
You mutter spells under your breath at everyday things. I.E. (upon discovering a book you really wanted has been sold) Spellcasting! O.H.C.U.R.S.E.S.
seriously though, I think one of the blokes who made worms3d is a KM fan as most of the challenges start with a loud shout of "Game On!"
-
You make your room all blue, purchase a projector, find a large pot and some food items from the kitchen and your mums handbag, find or take some photos of the dungeons inside your nearest castle and get them developed. You then get a few friends over, you get one incharge of the projector and photos, you get three friends to be your guides, you put on the handbag and put the pot over your head and hope everything else works from there. Well it was worth a try though as well as a great laugh.

I'd class myself as a person who's watched too little Knightmare!
-
Seconded actually, seeing as I have yet to see all of Series 2 and haven't seen 6,7 & 8 for a long time. Problem is that, though my memory for TV shows is normally very good then I always seem to miss Challenge! showing Knightmare. Is this a serious problem? Anyone know any specialists I can see for it?
-
Specialists?

The prescription you clearly need is 3 tapes of Knightmare, of seasons you have not watched for a long time. Find someone on this forum local to you and demand the tapes as your condition of Knightmare force is red. This should cure your ailment. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got a lunch meeting with Rothberry the Apothecary.
-
Perhaps you could ask Rothberry at your lunch meeting to try and solve my problem :
As i've just been to the Tower of London, I kept imagining eyeshield sequences as I walked through archways and into different chambers. Some of which in fact would have made for good scenes in series 4 and 5!
I really have watched tooooo much Knightmare

Still haven't seen series 2 I recorded yet though
-
Actually, that's reminded me of the times when, as a kid, I'd pretend I was going through an eye-shield sequence. How? I'd squint my eyes so I could only see a bit of what lay ahead of me.
And thankfully, it didn't wreck my eyesight, but if I ever need glasses in the future I'll put the blame on that!

Did you hear the Series 4 Crazed Heifer background music? When I was there in May, it was playing in one of the exhibition rooms.

I must have missed that, might have been as I was on one of those spinning disc tours with headphones on. I wonder which exhibition room?
-
'spinning disc tour' - the Tower has a Corridor Of Blades?
I can visualise the room, but can't remember where in the Tower it was. I've checked a few websites and virtual tours, but they haven't helped. It may have been the Beauchamp Tower. I'll visit again one day and check.
I was with an American friend at the time I heard the music, and was enthusiastic enough to try and explain to him in about 30 seconds what Knightmare, the RPG and the Crazed Heifer are. But I still maintain that I've watched too little Knightmare!

upon seeing someone who is especialy attractive you exclaim "Lovely!"
Upon seeing someone who is especialy unnattractive you mutter "Unlovely..."
Upon seeing someone who has obviously drawn all the short straws in the gene department you murmur "Ooooh, nasty."
While drinking tea you repeatedly mutter "Ooooh, nice tea"
-
Yes. That is generally acknowledged as one of mine.
Pickle [bringing Treguard a cuppa and a Custard Cream during a quest]: 'A new blend of tea for you, Master: PG Tips.'
Treguard: 'Hmm, it's advertised by chimpanzees; I wonder if that's a reflection on the taste? Let's see if it's the 'cuppa that heals', 'ey, Pickle?
[Sips the tea at the same moment as the Dungeoneer falls to his doom.] Oooooh, nice tea!'

to defrost something, you spellcast PICKMEUP

My brother's been away for a while, and returning, he's brought a few...problems with him. I won't bore you with details, but I have found a solution to these...problems. The point is, for some strange, unknown reason, while I was putting my plan into action this morning I kept sniggering to myself and hissing, "The plotnesss...the inconcievable deviousssnesss..." Can't think why...
