I finally read it tonight.
There's a lot of these bitchy review-type websites around now- not sure if this website is all like that, or whether it was just that review. Some of the websites who specialise in that type of humour are really funny. Although this may be the metaphorical pot calling the kettle black, I didn't find the person writing this review even remotely funny.
I agree on the life force skull- it isn't badly animated. One thing that makes such reviews work or not work is whether they pick suitable things to criticise. In this case, I don't think they chose the right target.

for the record, i didn't say it was good. i said it was a contribution. the site is run by a uea society, a couple of the people who run it work with me and we were sat next to them at socmart.

Hey. Dear me, that doesn't do us a lot of justice, does it? Phraseology needs a little work. Well, just to make myself feel better about covering KM, and worse for self-advertising, I'm popping the link up for the dooyoo article I wrote at the end of summer 2002.

This was posted on the main site about a year ago, and got lots of reads, which was absolutely tops - but the link has just withered to the bottom of the pile, and with lots of new forum personae, if anyone would like a read, that'd be grand too.

I read that review and I thought it was great, I agreed with all of what you said and it was a slightly biased review but then again there wasnt much to insult about KM apart from that other review which was just petty and stupid insulting the contestants, the KM actors careers and the graphics themselves. Nice work KaM!

I get the distincit impresion that who ever wrote this artical has
a) Never watch Knightmare PROPLEY
b) Is an insulting prat
Honestly if it was SO bad why is it so fondly rememberd by a lot of people
And why oh why was it voted into the Top 100 Kids Tv Shows (At number 14 I might add)
Tell you what I have half a mind to set Grippa & Rhark on them OR better Yet TINY.

'felt like a rip off from The Never Ending Story'
There was a dragon, but that dragon looked more like a cross between a coton de tuleat, a labrador retriever and an utter rather than a real scaly reptile-like dragon. Plus the dog-dragon didint have wings.
So I cant see any rip off from the never ending story accept that bot h were ridden by a kid.

It's one of them CAPS LOCKY THINGIES as in the type of words from Fatilla! Please turn your CAPS LOCK OFF when you post unless it is entirely neccessary to. It is very annoying and it looks like we are all being shouted at. We are not deaf, well I don't think we are anyway. I just hope we don't start getting WHEN ARE YOU SHOWING IT messages popping up next though! Just a question I wonder how often he gets verbal constipation though!
