I REALLY think they didn't deserve to win - they were one of the worst teams I've seen - just didn't seam to be on the ball at all.

Also with free forums, you tend to get a few or lots of popups which irritates people who don't have and browser with built in popup blocker like I do. Even if you do have such a browser, some don't seem to stop all popups. The browser I've got is really great though.

There are some providers, like the one that I linked to, that have no advertising. I'm not quite sure how they can do it - but it works, I've seen it working. All fully-customisable of course, you'd hardly realise it was a free provider. But its not my website so its up to you - I'm just suggesting.

I disagree, actually, I think that by inserting a variety of different rooms like outside areas - it made a change and might've made things take a little longer, but picked up the overall pace of the program.

Good episode, probably the most enjoyable so far this series - nice to see them trying new stuff.

Voted series 7 because it was the first time I really got into it - and it really scared me at the time.

I see most people consider series 2 to be the scariest - I haven't seen that yet so I can't wait for it to begin on challange - that'll be Thursday if I'm right...

Well the thing is, I don't think an extra forum will take up much bandwidth. I do have experience with running forums and I KNOW that adding another forum is not usually an expensive thing, nor is it a difficult thing to do. This isn't a big board - and if things are that restrictive then why not get an ezboard - or better still, a free forum from www.forumer.com? I understand that a big website like knightmare.com costs a lot of money in bandwidth, I also run a couple of websites, but with all respect, as good as this forum is, its relativly low-traffic especially when compared to the website - so you could quite easily get away with running the forum part of the website on a free forum host.

I doubt it would cost anything significant.

Good episode. It always makes me laugh when the teams argue so I enjoyed that debate over the fish and the grapes - I'll have to watch that again soon.

I'm starting to enjoy this series a lot more, but as soon as that happens, we're half-way through already.

Not impossible I don't think - I'm not in touch with any of my friends from when KM was on, but if I wanted to find them, I could - I know where they all used to live so thats a start - and once you've found 1 they might know where some of the others are etc etc - if I really wanted to that is. Anyway, do they really need permission, surely when you go on Knightmare they must've signed some kind of contract of some description, allowing them to be on TV - after all, theres no problem with replaying the episodes on challange, obviously they didn't have permission for that - so they obviously don't need it?

No, they'd need to find 32 people. The advisors would need to be found as well.

But the chances are once they find 1 person, they'll be able to tell them where the other 3 are or at least give some idea.

Well, they've got to find 8 people - at least 1 or 2 have signed the guestbook on here already, so I don't think they'd be hard to track. Something can be arranged...

I didn't like Series 8 at the time, I was used to the more photo-realistic series of 6 and 7, because I only started watching at series 6. My reaction to it was that they were trying to dumb it down - CITV (maybe it was just me getting older) seamed to be targeting younger and younger audiences - and showing more cartoons and stuff as opposed to "real" programs - and I thought KM becoming more computer-generated was to make it look more cartoony to appeal to younger audiences. I was only 9 at the time, and I was genuinly scared of watching KM during series 7 - I used to have nightmares about the Brollachan, lol - but I liked it - and I thought by becoming unrealistic they were trying to make it less scary.

Obviously this isn't the case and I haven't seen series 8 since - so I'd like to see it again and form a better opinion.

I think this is a case though of watching Series 3-8 on Challenge which are all great series, and then when watching Series 1, it just seems a bit rubbish and very outdated, and its just something we havnt been used to in seeing. Its still good to watch it from Series 1 again though

Well, as I've said I haven't watched KM for many months now - missed series 5-8.

When this first series was shown on Sci-fi, we'd just watched series 8, I don't know, a year before? At the time I assumed it was an all-new series and it had just changed channels - and I wasn't too happy about it I thought "whoa, this new series is crap" - I thought they'd really messed it up having not seen it the first time around. Sadly we got rid of cable TV a week later so I couldn't see it anymore...

Good episode - showed a lot more of the dungeon meaning it had picked up pace since the last 2 episodes which seamed all the same. Will be interesting to see how this team do because they seam good (although I know what happens to them because I read about it).

Probably series 7 has the most memories for me, because when it was on originally I was into it the most then.
