Could you imagine if they had spellcast SHOVEL correctly but got the dispelling wrong (like earlier in their quest when they were trying to dispel SHROUD and kept forgetting the letter O), assuming the SHOVEL would’ve turned on the dungeoneer? They would’ve been clobbered on the head regardless.

I can’t remember the last time I was on here (though to quote Treguard: you all look distinctly older - as am I!), but I’m Glenn. Been a Knightmare fan since 1988 (I only saw the first series when Challenge aired it) and I was at the Knightmare Convention back in 2014 when I met Hugo Myatt, Iona Kennedy, David Rowe, Mark Knight, Cliff Barry, Tim & Susan Child and many other great fans of the amazing programme that is Knightmare.

I hope I will be a bit more active on here compared to the Oakley-esque slumber that I’ve had on here. Leaf mould and bark I endeavour to.

I'm absolutely up for meeting up again. I've made a fair few friends thanks to Knightmare Convention so I'm up for a reunion so to speak.

I will be 33 on June 30th. I'm distinctly older to quote Treguard.

In series 6, when the Storm Geist crept up behind Sophia (team 6) in the level 2 dwarf tunnel. I know the advisors seemed startled by it too!

Also when the hobgoblin appeared in level 3 during Martin's quest in Series 3. You never expected it to come originally eh?

I've got all my travel and accommodation booked. I'll be in Norwich on the Friday PM, going home on the Sunday. I booked two 1st class singles from/to London for £13 each way via Greater Anglia. May's a busy month for me. Going to London to see Katy Perry at the end of the month too, and then a week in Toronto at the start of June. Exciting though nonetheless.

My poor credit card's taken a pounding today. I booked my train travel and my hotel in Norwich. I also booked a hotel in London for the end of May (I'm going to a gig at the O2). Still, it keeps me busy and makes the excitement feel more real.

My name is Glenn. I'm 32 and from Brighton. I've been a Knightmare fan since the very beginning and even now I love watching the programme. It's one of those shows that you can never get bored of watching. Even now 20-27 years on it's as fresh as the day it was produced.
