Damn, if only we'd thought to ask Tom Karol whether he voiced the grey gargoyle as well, when James interviewed him! My money's on Paul Valentine for that one, though. I also suspect he voiced the bookworm in Series 7, but it's very hard to be certain.

Did you know David Verrey provided a commentary for his Doctor Who episode on the DVD? I just read that on the IMDb.

As I understand it, someone at Anglia stated a few years back that it was the same dragon, but I find that very hard to believe. Owen was a very kindly, affable and approachable creature, if a little condescending, whereas the season 2 version was very hostile, aggressive and carnivorous. They also appeared to be of two different nationalities (although the idea that a dragon of thousands of years of age would submit to the 9th Century boundaries of the human race is doubtful).

Adrian Neil's episode of CSI:NY is repeated tonight at 11:55pm on 5 USA. He can also be seen in 90210 on E4, Monday 1st July at 6:20am or 9:45am. If anyone has the Watch channel, they are repeating David Verrey's Doctor Who two-parter at 5pm on Tuesday 25th & Wednesday 26th June.

Plenty of classic episodes on the horror channel, their now half way through there next batch of episodes. Pity that new Drama channel isn't on Freesat

I'll vote for Martin and his "gritty lads from York" - they were endlessly entertaining! Martin telling his advisors to speak up, Martin in slightly-dazed mode emerging from the mining cart in Level 3 (although I heard somewhere that they genuinely had tipped him out a bit suddenly and there was actual concern for him not being too bruised). Oh - also Martin making a pained sound and shaking his hands after picking up the draining talisman - brilliant!
