Forgive me, in my keenness I got a tad over-excited!
I stand corrected, like a man in orthopedic shoes!

It appears that Treguard himself, the one and only Hugo Myatt is providing voiceovers and/or links for the show!!

This makes the concept seem even more amazing!!
Great memories!
I have most of these on VHS, I love old continuity almost as much as I loved the programmes!
I'm personally not sure how good an actual American version of Knightmare would have been to be honest!
However I am thrilled that Tim has teken part in the documentary!!
I rally can't wait to see it!
It will be amazing!!
25 Years, wow!
25 years of not looking back!
25 years of the only way being forward!
25 years of 'Treading The Path!'
25 years of arguably one of the greatest shows ever made (Children's or otherwise) enthralling us all to our cores!
I remember watching the first ever episode air on Children's ITV 25 years ago today and I was transfixed!
It was a week before my 6th Birthday and I had never seen anything like it!
As each episode passed I felt sad it was over, and the wait between episodes was a long one.
The wait between series seemed like a lifetime, but they were glorious, all 8 of them!
I applied, like many did for series 9, only to be told that Knightmare was no longer commissioned!
That was a sad day.
Still, I had my tapes, books and Board Games dull the pain as it were!
Now as someone about to turn 31, the feelings are just the same!
Knightmare is still one of the best ever shows to air, and I love it just as much today as that 6 year old did back in 1987!
So Thank You.
Thank You Tim Child for your amazing vision!
Thank You to the crew for making it all happen!
Thank You to the cast for bringing the characters to life in such an amazing way!
Thank You of course to the teams of Dungeoneers and their Advisers!
Thank You all for producing something that went far beyond being a mere television show!
HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY KNIGHTMARE!!
Really looking forward to this!
Well now an all-knew documentary would indeed be wonderful, and a joy to watch!
I'd also be very up for a convention/social/meet up!
Even if it's just some of us meeting in a Pub for a Knightmare related chat I'd be up for attending (Provided said Pub serves a decent Real Ale!) and I'm sure it would be a wonderful time!
But either way, come the Silver Jublilee I shall be watching all the episodes, reading all the books, working my way through the Kightmare game for the Spectrum, and quite possibly digging out my old Knightmare Board Game too!
It would have so been funny to have seen outtakes if there were any of a team being rude and/or escorted off set!
Alas however, no such incidents occured and no such clips exist!
Just watched the "Slow Hand" Clip!!
Ha Ha, very good video!!
So it was all something and nothing in the end!!
Are there any further updates?
Maybe the DVD's could include interviews with some of The Teams and/or the cast & crew?
That would really be special!
But then again I'm probably jumping the gun even before there is a gun to jump...
I was born in 1981(Which would make me an 81r?), but I am able to remember most of this stuff from when I were a Lad!
Simon brings back memories!
Nice they featured Knightmare as well!
I thought the clip of the Woman falling off the stage was so funny!
Quite an amusing little Web Show, might take a look at the others at somepoint...

By the way, I've finally found Hugo's online CV and casting call, it has some really great pictures one of them is recent.

I'm pretty sure this is a mistake but it says in his Acting Credits that he's provided the voice for Treguard in a 2009 animation for Televirtual.
Could this be what Tim Child has been stirring since 2008 ? I know that it's more than likely a typing error and they've mistaken it for KMVR in 2005, but it's these little things that keep us fans going, isn't it ?
It could be, but sadly I think that ship may have sailed!
Hope I'm wrong though...
I like the look of these!
I can see how they can be mistaken for Fright Knight trophies, they look very similar!
They look cool though...
There are some really cool Pics there!
It's strange to see all the Knightmare cast out of costume, especially Hordriss!
I too would so love that Fright Knight jumper that Hugo has!
Is that it then?
Has 'Something' turned into nothing?
I guess so, that is for anything new and official on the Knightmare side of things. I read somewhere a while back that 99% of children's programmes shown in the UK are imported. Of the 1% that aren't, only the BBC are making/commissioning new programming. That may go some way to explain why any concept that Tim Child may have had didn't get off the ground. With only one broadcaster and banks not lending money, it was always going to be tricky. I suspect that like Knightmare was back in 1987, it was ahead of it's time, pretty spectacular, but unfortunately rather expensive . I would be fascinated to learn what it was and if TC fancies popping back in and letting us know what we missed out on...
Well that is is indeed a shame if that is indeed the case!
I agree, it would be nice for Tim Child to pop back, even if just once more to give us any updates as to what happened, or in this case didn't happen...
Fantastic!
Really lovely to see the Knightmare rooms/locations in their full glory!
Love the Game art too!
Thanks so much for posing the link to your website!
Is that it then?
Has 'Something' turned into nothing?
I love Rock Horror!
I love the movie and I've seen the Stage Show about 8 times.
Do I dress up?
Well...
Nice to see the pics of Rayner!
Yes, a Knightmare book would be a wonderful idea!
Looks an interesting movie, nice to he Hugo as well!
Looks like Billy Murray AKA Don Beech from The Bill there too...
