Yeah, this is what could have probably happended for the Series 1 teams if they'd survived:

If David from Team 1 Season 1 had taken the magic lamp they would have revealed the wellway and got to level 2.

Mave from Team 2 would have used the soap to get out of the monster's stomach if they had given lillith the comb.

By casting ANVIL instead of dispelling LANTERN, Simon from Team 3 would have knocked out Gibbit the guard and got into Level 3.

If Danny and co. had gone right instead of left they would have probably got to the level 3 wellway which they would use FLARE to light up a dark room, then would use FREEZE to stop Gibbit attacking them. Finally, since their life force was critical they would have used ENERGY to restore it and then entered level 3.

If Helen had gone right in the corridor of the catacombs they would have cast WELL and got to level 2.

And Team 6, if Richard had taken the horn, he would have blown down the walls of Jericho and Merlin would have appeared and would have given them silver spurs.

In series 6, with the episode with the winning team Ben, they go into a room with a scroll saying "Gold to the east, silver to the west" when they got to the market stalls, there's Ah Wok and Scaramonger. Now it'd be pretty obvious Ah wok came from the east, but that must mean scaramonger came from America/Canada, but developed an english accent?

It'd be great if this story would be accepted- I think it's been a while since there's been a fan fiction story. Can't wait what happens to the Adventurer in Level 2!

If you've read my old thread "Just an Idea", me and #37 Herbie have thought of stories about the 1-5 title sequence. More would be good If you've still got an old tape/DVD watch it now and see the 1-5 titles to give you inspiration. That's what i did for a continuation. But what do you think happens after the Knight goes through the portcullis? (Some imagination needed)

I'll start a new thread on this. Anyway, hears my idea:

"Our purple adventurer, known Sir Anglia to some, had a quest to tackle the darkness in a castle. On the way he encountered such threats as swamp monsters, pits, and a good stare at the-soon-to-be Pickle, trapped behind rusty bars. He looked up as the portcullis was ready to fall. He charged his stead forward, and heard the gate fall just behind him. Inside, he faced the corridor of blades, and his horse, who wasn't to fast, that is, was unfortunately sliced; his head had been decapitated, so, alas, it was all up to the courageous knight, to complete his destiny"

Do you really think it would be a good idea for people to think what the Knights quest was? Who'd make this competition? Because its fine with me. I'd be happy for someone to arrange this, if possible.

I suppose i was the one who started the Series 3 vs. 5 topic so yeah i am a series 3 lover. Well, it depends whether you prefer the eary or late series. The first best early series would have to be obviously 3. The second-best would be series 2. As for the later series, in my opinion, would be series 7. The second-best would either be series 6 or 8. Agree, anyone?

The reason its not back on might be good. As technology gets better, the more Knightmare's graphics would look better. If Knightmare VR had aired, i don't think it would have lasted as long as the show's 8 years on ITV. VR just misses out the fun: the dungeoneer was computer-generated, but from 1987-94 an actual person was the adventurer. It just missed out the fun, i think.

Ah! Glad its back on. Series 7 is the best out of the laster series!
